This project involved the improvement of the connection between Kitchen, family room to the out door spaces. As well as a full reclad to the exterior, transforming the house to a level that matches the position and view toward Auckland city over the inner Waitemata harbour.
Creating a generous Lanai & Fireplace zone, with a clever unimposing pool fence that did not divide the garden up into two distinct parts. This is a very strong garden design that is a joy to the clients.
The Cabana, guest house and pool have been influenced by the clients connection with the Japanese culture, complete with minimalist detailing & garden philosophy adopted by Landscape designer Trish Bartleet.
