Our discerning client approached us to develop three generously proportioned townhouses in the Eastern suburbs.
Unit C takes advantage of sun, sea views, surrounding gardens and a shared tennis court to the south east.
The townhouse offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms and three living spaces.
The upper media room is open to the family room below. This enhances the passive solar design and allows a connection between the two living levels.
A refined exterior pallet was selected to meet market requirements.
The landscape design was completed by Richard from Neville Design Studio making the valuable outdoor spaces easily maintained and includes a plunge pool.
